FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — A man witnessed a thief steal beer from his garage, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff's incident report.
At 4:45 p.m. Nov. 24, a man in the 1300 block of Wondering Way told deputies he saw from inside his home a grey Pontiac Bonneville stop in front of his driveway. He then saw a man run up his driveway and enter his garage. The thief ran back out of the garage and returned to the car with several bottles of beer.
The victim was able to get the license plate number of the car. Deputies found the car at a home in the same subdivision but no one answered the door when they checked the residence.
Nothing else was missing from the man's garage. The beer was valued at $10.
