Car parts stolen from Forsyth yard

December 04, 2012
FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — A thief stole car engines, radiators and starters from a man's yard, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff's report.

A man in the 8300 block of Knight Road returned home on Nov. 23 to find two 350 Chevrolet motors, one engine hoist, three radiators and six starters were taken from his property. The man told deputies he had been in jail since September, so he didn't know when the robbery occurred.

Deputies checked with neighbors, but none of them could recall seeing anything suspicious.

The car parts were valued at $1,910.
