MILTON, Ga. – What started out as a shoplifting attempt turned into an armed robbery Oct. 18 at the Windward Walmart.
Store employees said they saw a man and woman walking through the store and select four headset devices for a PlayStation game console and conceal them. When the couple tried to leave the store without paying for the items, they were stopped.
The man pulled a knife, threatened the employee and ran off, driving away in a green Saturn car.
