ROSWELL, Ga. – Four Texans were arrested Aug. 20 and accused of robbing three victims with a beer bottle at the Publix on Rucker Road.

Just after midnight, police say three grocery store employees – including a manager – were walking to their cars and chatting with each other. A red Chevy Suburban with Texas tags approached and began to drive around them in rings.

The truck stopped. The passenger got out and threatened the victims with a beer bottle, demanding their valuables.

"They took everything, money, wallets and purse and then took off," said Roswell Police Spokeswoman Lisa Holland.

The victims quickly drove to the nearest business that was open – the Taco Mac restaurant on West Crossville Road and called police, telling officers about the vehicle.

"There happened to be officers in the area and they stopped the suspect vehicle," Holland said.

Four men, Alexis Martinez, 18, Charlie Tavera, 20, Richard Tavera, 21, and Louis Alberto Laredo, 21, all from Austin, Texas, were identified as the attackers and arrested. All of the stolen items were found and returned to the victims.

I hope they were ! Giving law enforcment false infomation now is a perfect way to expidite them on deportion. Now when they use false info, its automaticaly a felony 1 crime. That is enought to keep send them packing now and every other time they are busted.. It didnt use to be like that..

Yeah Mike, why can we just hang them like the good old days! Then for sure they won't come back. If you can't tell that is sarcasm.
