August 30, 2013ALPHARETTA, Ga. – The Whole Foods/Harry's Farmers Market in Alpharetta has been supporting local growers, producers and craftsmen by holding monthly outdoor farmers markets.
On Sunday, Aug. 25, the Ross Berry Farm and Aperies, owned by Terry and Jeanie Ross, was highlighted.
Their table displayed natural honey, beeswax candles and even a honeycomb with live bees.
Other vendors were David's Garden, offering homemade pickled produce, jellies, jams and sauces, and Tiffany's Soy Candles, whose profits will be used to support autism awareness.
Brightly colored food trucks served Caribbean delights, sweet treats and other tasty options for shoppers and attendees.
Dates for the upcoming markets are Sept. 22 and Nov. 27.
