May 07, 2013ROSWELL, Ga. – Harry's Farmers Market presented the Foster Care Support Foundation with a check for $3,396 on May 3, the earnings from their "5 percent" day, where a portion of daily proceeds goes to a charity.
"This is absolutely great," said Rachel Ewald, executive director of Foster Care. "We are entirely nonprofit and rely on the community for help."
The Foster Care Support Foundation aids children in foster care around the state. Last year, 3,000 children were helped by nonprofit.
