Sons of the American Revolution Chapter Formation in Forsyth County

FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — The second chapter organizational meeting of SAR members and men who wish to honor their Revolutionary patriots in becoming a SAR member who live in Forsyth County will meet at the Bell Research Center, 101 School street, in Cumming at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, 28 November 2012. The organizational meeting will present the SAR objectives, Chapter requirements and review membership requirements. In addition potential SAR members will have their genealogical material for membership reviewed and assistance in preparing their SAR membership application.
A draft petition for chapter charter will be formulated to determine those individuals who wish to form a chapter in Forsyth County and their membership status.
