Johns Creek group receives $1,000 Days of Giving grant

ROSWELL, Ga. – Performing Arts North of Johns Creek was honored with a $1,000 Days of Giving donation as part of the Wells Fargo program making grants to groups across Georgia this fall.
In all, 62 groups received $1,000 each at a community breakfast at Founders Hall in Roswell. Three additional breakfasts are occurring across Atlanta this fall, and 251 groups in all will receive the same gift.
Wells Fargo also announced that it is encouraging all the groups honored – and others – to take part in Georgia Gives Day. That is a statewide campaign to encourage people throughout Georgia to support nonprofits, climaxing in a 24-hour statewide giving event Dec. 6.
