ROSWELL, Ga. – For anyone facing foreclosure on their home, a networking event Nov. 3 may just mean the difference between saving their home and losing it.
National Mortgage Auditors is hosting a free foreclosure defense networking event Saturday, Nov. 3, from 9 a.m. – noon at the Holiday Inn at 909 Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell.
This event will benefit homeowners, real estate industry professionals, attorneys, paralegals, auditors and advocates. Guest attorney Tunde' Ezekiel will discuss recent Georgia victories as well as the challenges homeowners face and embrace.
The lead presenter, Bobby Jo "B.J." Alexander Lister, is becoming increasingly visible throughout the nation in the field of mortgage securitization auditing and will present segments from "The Crash Course," her introductory seminar on how mortgage securitization has changed the real estate industry. Lister has over 25 years of experience as a real estate professional.
She keeps it simple. Mortgage securitization is the result of Wall Street's torrid love affair with real estate, she said. Few industry professionals have seen times like these.
