ROSWELL, Ga. — Diane Jacobi, vice president of legislation for the North Fulton Council PTA and a Roswell resident, was recently presented the Sally FitzGerald Advocacy Award by the Georgia PTA at the recent Convention Leadership Training in Athens, Ga.
This year, in addition to the multitude of hours Jacobi spent at the Georgia capitol monitoring legislation relating to students on behalf of Georgia PTA, she served as the co-chairperson for Georgia PTA Day at the Capitol 2012 and chaired the Georgia PTA delegation attending the National PTA Legislative Conference.
