NORTH FULTON, Ga. - The Georgia Storm 9U baseball team won two tournaments in May and June.

The "Touch 'Em All" National Invitational Tournament in Monroe, Ga. was in May. The team defeated the Sharon Springs Black team in the championship game 11-7. The Storm posted a perfect 5-0 record, outscoring their opponents 61-22 over the weekend event.

They also won the Kennesaw Klassic 9U baseball tournament held at Adams Park June 2 and 3 in Kennesaw, Ga. The Storm defeated the Oregon Park Extreme in the championship game 13-3. They posted a perfect 5-0 record, outscoring their opponents 61-25 over the weekend event.

Team members are drawn from both Alpharetta and Johns Creek. The Georgia Storm is based out of Alpharetta.
