July 11, 2012 JOHNS CREEK , Ga. — The 12U Ocee Orioles, the all-star team for the Ocee Park 12U recreational league, won the championship of the WPB Beat the Heat tournament in Canton on June 17.
Despite finishing as runners-up in their first two tournaments, the Orioles were victorious in Canton after defeating the AYBA Eagles 16-11 in the championship game.
Team members include Harris Bailey, Ethan Bowdoin, Will Bracknell, Sam Cohen, JP Efferth, Daniel Fain, Jake Geiger, Jack Greenslit, Ian Nachazel, Zachary Sekelick, Brian Sledjeski, Harry Traub and John Watson.
