March 11, 2014CUMMING, Ga. — Sawnee Electric Membership Corporation has been recognized as a 2014 Customer Champion and is one of only 50 companies in the nation to earn this distinct honor this year.
The 2014 champions were selected based on customer feedback, opinions and perceptions gathered primarily from J.D. Power's syndicated research throughout 2013.
To determine the 2014 Customer Champions, J.D. Power examined five important factors, including people, presentation, process, product and price.
This prestigious group of 50 represents the highest-performing U.S. companies that deliver service excellence, both within their industry and across the other nine industries measured.
