ROSWELL, Ga. Real estate veteran Lori Lane joined the executive team of Prudential Georgia Realty as senior vice president.
Lane will also continue as managing broker of the New Homes Services (NHS) division of the company.
Dan Forsman, CEO of Prudential Georgia Realty, said Lane has proven herself to be a leader in good and difficult times.
"She has led our New Homes Services division since 2006 and we extend our deepest appreciation for the exceptional sales results she and her team have produced for our clients," Forsman said.
Since spearheading NHS from 2006 to date as vice president and managing broker, the company has seen the most growth and profitability since the creation of the division.
In a time when many companies could no longer sustain their new homes arm, Lane said she feels fortunate the company chose to fight through with as much support as possible for their clients.
"Prudential Georgia Realty kept its New Homes Services division intact during the challenges presented by the recent recession," Lane said. "We did that by remaining loyal to our clients and thinking out of the box. We went back to the basics and did whatever it took to best serve our builder clients."
Lane has about 20 years of experience in new homes sales. She has been included for seven consecutive years in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's "Who's Who in Real Estate" and is actively involved in the HBA through the Sales and Marketing Council, corporate sponsorships, Get Homes Atlanta and award entries to the Professionalism Awards. She is also on the board of directors of the Housing Institute.
