FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — Community leaders gathered on Feb. 5 for the grand opening of an extended-stay hotel chain. Value Place Alpharetta held its ribbon-cutting celebration at 860 McFarland Parkway in South Forsyth. There was plenty of food, tours and prizes including a flat-screen television giveaway and an iPad.
