December 05, 2012 CUMMING, Ga. — Harry Norman Realtors Forsyth County Lake Lanier office has announced the expansion of its office.
Their office serves Forsyth, Dawson, Hall and Lumpkin counties and has been opened for a year.
The state of the art, full service and virtual office 1664 Market Place Boulevard in Cumming added space for 25 additional agents after hiring 40 agents in the first year of operation.
Robert Aiken, senior vice president and managing broker announced the expansion during groundbreaking ceremonies at the site last week.
"We have met our expectations in just one year and for see the beginning of the recovery in the North Atlanta, North Georgia real estate market," said Aiken. "We are positioning Harry Norman Realtors to help our clients and agents to take the lead for the next decade."
Aiken has managed offices for Northside Realty and Prudential Georgia Realty for more than 30 years before taking over the office in Cumming.
The office will be completed and open before Jan. 1, 2013.
