October 29, 2012 CUMMING, Ga. — Russell Landscape Group, Inc. will move forward with a 27,000-square-foot expansion, the Cumming-Forsyth Chamber of Commerce recently announced.
The company's newest facility will be on Pendley Road in Cumming.
The expansion could create 25 to 50 new jobs while producing nearly $20,000 in new capital investment, a chamber spokeswoman said.
The Russell Landscape Group serves five metro areas including Atlanta, Birmingham, Charleston, Destin, Nashville and Savannah.
The Russell brothers, William "Bill" Russell and Robert "Bob" Russell, founded the company in 1987.
"Our newest facility [located in south Forsyth County] offers our firm the strategic geographical location for success," said Bob Russell, chief operating officer. "It allows our team to service all of Forsyth and North Fulton counties."
The landscape company plans to operate 10 to 15 service trucks.
