ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Hal Buran and Venus Von Mock are celebrating their recent award and community nomination in this year's Answer Book.
Café Efendi, 488 North Main Street in Alpharetta, won in the best ethnic restaurant category. The restaurant serves up Mediterranean cuisine with a Turkish touch.
Some of their specialties include meze (appetizers) and lamb dishes. Wednesdays, the restaurant offers live music with swing dancing and on Friday nights are live musical performances.
