Alpharetta plate cameras help catch repeat offender
The license plate scanning camera system launched by Alpharetta in April has snagged its first big bust. Alpharetta police said they were able to capture an allegedly unlicensed, 18-year-old repeat offender named Victor L. Atlanta to lose 20,600 jobs in '09
