FORSYTH COUNTY – At the Equestrian Reserve on Old Alpharetta Road in south Forsyth, a mile or so northest of the McFarland/McGinnis Ferry Road intersection, not only did the young ladies dress up for an Oct. 24 Halloween party – they also decorated the horse stalls and even put costumes on the horses.
