Carol Couch, Director of the Environmental Protection Division, speaks with Senator Jack Murphy Nov. 13 during a meeting of the Forsyth County Republicans at Sharon Forks Library. Couch spoke on the importance of managing current water resources as well as the importance of conserving for the future.
Georgia will need more water reservoirs in the future, Couch said, but the expense of constructing reservoirs will require a collaborative effort between different government entities.
