Forsyth County Schools ZAP Policy

I guess the Forsyth fathers never heard Randy Newman's comments on the Southern education system in "Rednecks". Went in dumb, come out dumb too. Can you say "Repeat the grade"? However I guess that clashes with the "no child left behind" policies of the previous administration huh.
